⦁ How long it take to deliver a product?

Normally it takes 7 to max.15 days for delivery depending upon the location

⦁ Do you have Click & Collect facility available?

Currently Click & Collect facility is not available but we are working on the same and will be available soon

⦁ Can you reserve an item I add to my cart?

We cannot reserve the item however you can book the item by paying 30% payment and we will deliver to you when you need it.

⦁ Can I return the item purchased?

Yes you can return the item within 2 days if the item is faulty or broken (need report immediately after receiving).

⦁ Do you ship internationally?

No, currently our deliveries are limited to within the Pakistan only.

⦁ How can I track my shipment?

You can track the shipment by calling our help line number given in ‘Contact us’.

⦁ Is delivery free? If not, what is the minimum amount of purchase for free delivery?

Order above Rs. 5000 is eligible for free delivery.

⦁ Is there any limit on the quantity, weight, or dimension of the products that I can purchase online?

No, limit.

⦁ Can I cancel the order after dispatch but before the scheduled delivery date? If so, then what will the refund process be?

You can and refund will be processed deducting the delivery cost.

⦁ What if I receive an incorrect product?

Correct product will be delivered on priority with no additional cost.

⦁ Can I nominate someone else to receive the delivery on my behalf?

Yes, you can nominate and inform us before order dispatched.

⦁ Can I change the delivery address after I have purchased the Products online?

Yes, you can and inform us before order dispatched and the new address is in the same city else it may cost additional delivery charges.
